Add Leads works with agents, freelancers and small teams across the UAE who find customers looking for personal finance. They send us the lead. Our credit, documentation and bank relations teams carry the file from that first contact through to disbursement — and the agent is paid on the case they introduced.
We do not run five categories at half depth. Every file our team touches is a UAE personal finance application, which means the person handling your customer has seen their situation many times before.
Approved employer lists, salary bands, minimum service periods, liability and DBR caps, salary transfer conditions — these move constantly. Tracking them across the banks we submit to is a core part of the job, not an afterthought.
We are the back office, not a competitor. We contact the customer to process the application, the lead stays credited to the agent who introduced it, and the payout follows that record.
Two customers with the same salary can get very different answers from the same bank. What separates them is rarely the paperwork — it is employer category, length of service, existing liabilities, how the salary is credited and which product the bank is pushing that month.
That is why we did not build a general loan desk. Working a single product across the banks we submit to means our team recognises those patterns quickly, positions the file correctly the first time, and knows when a case belongs at a different bank rather than being pushed at the wrong one.
For an agent, the practical effect is simple: fewer files coming back for rework, fewer surprises after a week of waiting, and a clearer answer earlier.
A personal finance file passes through people who each do one part of it properly. This is how the work is divided.
Case assessment and bank routing
Reads the profile before it goes anywhere — income type, employer category, existing liabilities, service period — and decides which bank is most likely to approve it at the best terms.
Pre-screening against bank policy
Runs the file against current credit policy before submission, so weak cases are strengthened or repositioned rather than rejected after a week of waiting.
Collection and verification
Contacts your customer directly for passport, Emirates ID, salary certificate, bank statements and any bank-specific form, then checks each one for validity, legibility and date range before the file moves.
Submission and follow-up
Hold the working relationships with the personal finance desks at each bank. They submit the file, answer credit queries and chase the decision so nothing sits idle in a queue.
KYC and data handling
Confirms customer identity and consent, applies KYC checks and makes sure documents are handled and stored in line with UAE data protection expectations.
Your point of contact
Onboards agents, answers payout questions and keeps you updated on stage changes. One person to talk to instead of a switchboard.
Roles are shown by function. Replace these with your actual team names, photos and years of experience — named specialists convert considerably better than job titles.
