Add Leads processes personal data belonging to two groups: the agents and freelancers who register as partners, and the customers those partners introduce for personal finance applications. This policy explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with and what rights people have over it.

Add Leads (“we”, “us”) is a personal finance distribution business operating in the United Arab Emirates. We act as the processing back office for partner-introduced personal finance applications and submit those applications to licensed banks and finance companies in the UAE.
Insert your registered legal entity name, trade licence number, licensing authority and registered address here before publishing. A privacy policy without an identifiable controller is not enforceable and will not satisfy a bank’s compliance review.
From partners — name, mobile number, email address, city, and any account or payout details you provide so we can pay you.
From customers introduced by partners — the information required to assess and submit a personal finance application:
We also collect basic technical data when you use this website, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address.
We process customer data on the basis of the customer’s consent to have their application submitted, our legitimate interest in operating the service, and our obligations under applicable UAE law.
Partners must obtain the customer’s clear consent before submitting their details to us. By submitting a lead, a partner confirms that the customer is aware their information will be shared with Add Leads and with banks for the purpose of a finance application, and that they have agreed to be contacted about it.
Submitting the details of a person who has not agreed to be contacted is a breach of our partner terms and may be unlawful.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share customer data for third-party marketing.
Data is stored on access-controlled systems, with role-based permissions so staff can only reach the records they need. Documents are transmitted and stored using encryption in transit and at rest, and application activity is logged.
We retain application records for as long as necessary to provide the service, to support the relationship with the bank, and to meet legal, regulatory and audit requirements. When a retention period ends, records are deleted or anonymised.
Confirm your actual retention periods with your compliance advisor and state them explicitly here — banks and regulators will ask.
Where data is processed outside the United Arab Emirates — for example by a hosting or software provider — we take steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection through contractual safeguards with those providers.
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may request to:
